Pancoast & Clifford worked hard for their reputation as a highly-skilled general contractor, and after two decades in the business they wanted their new website to reflect the refinement and relationships that have been a part of their success.

Primary and secondary research, and employee, customer and consultant interviews were conducted to clarify their target markets and used to develop a clear value proposition and competitive positioning statement.

The clear marketing strategy gave leadership confidence to invest in a markeing program anchored by a new Website. Together with a design writer and a website and graphic design firm, a new WordPress website was developed that could be updated with confidence by the company.
