Lori J. Sullivan

President and Lead Consultant

Lori built her career in the field as a construction engineer and project manager, and then went on to the front line of Business Development working for some of the Nation’s top CM firms including Turner Construction Company and Gilbane Building Company.  Trained as an Engineer, Lori was named an Architectural Engineering Centennial Fellow in 2010 by her alma mater.  

​Lori launched Blueprint Consulting in 2012 to help AEC Organizations grow.

Jeffery Lynch

Senior Consultant

Jeffery has worked with top Construction Management and General Contracting companies, including Turner Construction Company and Skanska USA Building. Jeffery holds a B.S. in Engineering Management, and an M.A. in Corporate Communication. He is a Certified Professional Services Marketer. 

Jeffery’s career in construction began in operations over 36 years ago, where he became skilled in project management, preconstruction management, estimating, and procurement. He has worked with both small and large companies, and has extensive experience with design-build, construction management, and general contracting. For the past two decades, Jeffery has focused on business development, marketing, and account management.

Jeffery helps our Client's plan and implement Business Development Strategies.

In the 1980s, we saw the remarkable results achieved by leaders who empower all employees to work toward common goals while implementing TQM (Total Quality Management Program). In the 1990s, we discovered the magic of a metrics-based, customer-centric strategy while using the Balanced Scorecard approach to strategic planning.  Hooked on the concepts of planning, we went on to study lean processes and gained an appreciation for well-defined and measured processes and earned a Six Sigma Green Belt.  Today. we work alongside our Clients to bring critical-to-success market information and customer insights to EOS Toolbox Teams, Rock Teams, and mission-critical Tiger Teams.
